This photo print is one an early favourite. I have 3 left that might have minor marks on the back side due to former framing, handling and moving. The photo surface is 100% intact and looks amazing, especially when framed.
The size is also one that I have changed since 2018. I still have two left with picture size 66x44 cm. Rather than just throwing them away I want to make them available to this special price instead. Note: the print I'm holding in the picture has is slightly larger (70x50 cm including white edges). This one has the same paper size but the photo area is a little smaller.

Black Friday 2024
On 25 October 2017 I had no plans for any Northern Lights photography. I had checked the Kp value in the morning and it was very low. In addition, I thought it would be cloudy for the next few days. But at 10 pm I checked the weather forecast and saw to my surprise that the sky would clear up during the night.
I saw that the Kp value was now 4,33 which is fairly good. Not fantastic, though. I decided to head out so I made a sandwich and some hot chocolate and put on a lot of clothes.
I came to my chosen location at 11.45 pm and I mounted my camera on the tripod right away. It was –1° Celsius. The Northern Lights were present although partly hidden behind some clouds. But I noticed that those clouds moved northwards so I expected that part of the sky to clear up. After taking about 35 shots the Aurora faded a little and I decided to take a nap in my car.
Just before 1 am I woke up. There was a fantastic show going on right in front of me. I jumped out of the car and started shooting. It only lasted for 6 minutes before fading. But I had it on my memory card.
